Partial resection of the middle nasal turbinate in cases of mucocele is a surgical procedure aimed at removing the pathologically altered portion of the middle turbinate to eliminate the mucocele (a mucus-filled cystic lesion). Contraindications
- Acute infections (respiratory infections, acute sinusitis);

Rehabilitation/Restrictions
- Mild nasal congestion and swelling may occur in the first days;
- Saline nasal irrigation is recommended;
- Physical activity should be limited for 5–7 days;
- Avoid heat exposure (sauna, hot baths);
