The package includes laboratory blood and urine tests, evaluation of hormonal status and blood coagulation parameters, infection screening, assessment of the urogenital microflora, pelvic ultrasound examination, and a consultation with a gynecologist.

This assessment helps identify hidden inflammatory processes, hormonal imbalances, changes in microflora, and other conditions that may affect fertility and the health of a future pregnancy.

After the results are obtained, a consultation with a gynecologist is performed. The doctor evaluates the results of the tests and examinations and, if necessary, may recommend additional investigations or treatment.

Common preparation

avoid alcohol consumption 24–48 hours before the examination
avoid intense physical activity the day before testing
if possible, avoid antibiotics and antimicrobial medications for 7–10 days before testing (after consulting your doctor)

Preparation for blood tests

blood should be collected on an empty stomach (8–12 hours without food)
a small amount of water is allowed
avoid smoking on the morning of the test

Preparation for urine analysis

use the first morning urine sample
perform hygiene of the external genital organs before collection
collect the midstream urine in a sterile container

Preparation for the FEMOFLOR test

avoid sexual intercourse for 48 hours
do not use vaginal medications, suppositories, creams, or antiseptics for 48 hours before the test
avoid vaginal douching for 24–48 hours before testing
the test should be performed outside the menstrual period
